It’s hard to believe that a people who concurred most of the planet, built aqua ducts and roads that still can be seen today do not have a good postal service. I’m not even asking for good, just mediocre.
I ordered supplies from a reputable vendor in Italy on Dec-12, and they still have yet to be delivered. Only after I investigated how to track post from Italy did I find that they have the worst system in the world. What would Caligula do?
