Damn The Luck!
While in search of an online vintage shop, I came across this beauty. I have been wanting one for sometime now, and I finally found it. One, problem its not my size. Damn the luck! However, it has a nice story, and if anyone else is looking for this type of jacket see the link below. OH, and its only a whopping $75.00.

Actually, it is way small for me, thats why I passed. I will check out the the link and let you know.
Oh, yeah and I think that is a skirt. I think that the person who has it is transgender. That's what it looked like from their photo on their post anway. But hey if its a good deal I don't care if they are green.
